No. The drive to your curb is part of the groom price in every one of our 92 cities, downtown San Francisco and Elk Grove included. Your price comes from your dog's size and coat, and it is the same number at the door: no driveway surcharge, no mileage add-on.

    First time trying mobile grooming for my nervous dog and It was amazing! Our groomer Lucas arrived earlier than scheduled which was appreciated. He did excellent and followed the inspiration picture and made Milo look adorable! My dog seemed very happy with his haircut and we will be booking again!

    Gustavo blew my expectations away with his work on my dog Maggie. He arrived on time and I shared that Maggie has had bad experiences with groomers in the past. He was patient with her, sent a reassuring message and took his time with her haircut. I sent a photo of the haircut I wanted for Maggie and Gustavo gave her one of the best haircuts she's had. When he dropped her off he told me that she did well during the groom and Maggie even said goodbye to him which is a sign of a good relationship between them. A nice touch was the grooming report I received at the end with a cute photo. My long time search for a groomer has ended and I'll be booking with Gustavo from now on!

    Arrived before the arrival time, which we appreciated, and were ready to go straight to work to take our dog. For context; our dog is an Australian shepherd weighing 40-50lbs, doesn't like the blow dryer. Our dog came out looking beautiful, well groomed, smelling fresh, and wearing a cute bandana. We also requested a trim, she has a double coat so they didn't over do it per our request. It was our first time using Wow! My Dog, and the team was great in communicating with us.

Which cities does Wow My Dog Mobile Grooming serve?

92 cities across the Bay Area, Central Valley and Sacramento Area, including San Jose, San Francisco, Palo Alto, Fremont, Pleasanton, Walnut Creek, Stockton, Modesto, Roseville and Sacramento, with travel included in every one. The route cards below list them all, and the ZIP check at the top tells you in a second whether your street is on a route.

Is there a travel fee?

No. Travel to your home is included in the groom price for every city we list, whether the van is heading to Noe Valley or to Elk Grove. Your quote comes from your dog's coat, weight and package, and nothing is added for the drive inside our service areas. Live in a town next door that we don't cover yet? We may still come for a flat $50 out-of-area fee, always quoted before you book, never after the groom.

Do you groom cats in every service area?

Yes. Cats are groomed in every city we serve, on the same routes as our dog appointments, by groomers trained to handle them, one-on-one in a quiet van with no dogs around. A Cat Bath is a flat $140 and a Cat Bath + Haircut a flat $180, any coat. Book your cat online like any other appointment, or call or text (408) 520-4800 with questions about your cat's coat or temperament.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as you can: the sooner you book, the more windows you get to pick from, and weekend mornings go first. Need something sooner? Call or text (408) 520-4800 and ask about cancellation openings on your route; with 15+ vans on the road, there is usually one worth asking about.

What are your hours?

8AM to 8PM, seven days a week, for grooms and for calls and texts, in every service area. A message sent after closing gets its reply the next morning. Morning windows suit the hot inland cities like Stockton and Sacramento; evening ones suit commuters. Call or text (408) 520-4800 and we match a window to your day.

How does mobile grooming work at my home?

The van parks at your driveway or curb with its own warm water and power, so it needs nothing from your home. You hand your dog over at the door, about five minutes in all, and one groomer does the whole groom inside the van: a warm-water bath, blow dry, nail trim and buffing, ears and a full brush-out, with no cages and no other dogs. A groom takes about 120 minutes, about 180 for a large dog. Then the door opens and your dog walks back in clean, dry and rather proud of it.
