    We confirm and keep you posted

    We contact you the day before to confirm. On the day, your groomer texts when they're on the way and calls when they arrive.

    The van comes to you

    Tell us about any special requests: park beside your apartment building, meet you at the door, or wait for you to bring your dog out.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as you can: the sooner you book, the more windows you get to pick from, and weekend mornings go first. Need something sooner? Call or text (408) 520-4800 and ask about cancellation openings on your route; with 15+ vans on the road, there is usually one worth asking about.

What are your hours?

8AM to 8PM, seven days a week, for grooms and for calls and texts, in every service area. A message sent after closing gets its reply the next morning. Morning windows suit the hot inland cities like Stockton and Sacramento; evening ones suit commuters. Call or text (408) 520-4800 and we match a window to your day.

Do I need to be home during the grooming?

Only at the start and the end. Someone hands your pet to the groomer when the van arrives and is there when the groom is done; in between, you are free to go. Your pet is never left unsupervised. If you can't be back in time, ask someone you trust to take your pet back and make the payment.

Can you groom a dog and a cat in one visit?

Yes. Dogs and cats are groomed back to back in the same visit, one pet in the van at a time. Add each pet when you book and you get one quote per pet.
